Exchanges (Damaged Items Only)
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us with:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in their original condition, including:

✨ In original packaging (if applicable)
If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value, the customer may be responsible for that loss in value.
