Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

BOOKED. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged.

Customers must provide proof of damage (photos) to initiate an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All returned items must be in their original condition. If an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value, the customer may be responsible for that loss.

We do not accept returns for non-damaged items.

All Blind Date with a Book purchases are final and curated based on your selected genre. No guarantees are made regarding specific titles.
